Central in command

THALASSERY: Central Zone was in command against North Zone in the State inter-zone under-14 cricket tournament at the Thalassery cricket stadium here on Saturday.

A fine spell by Nikhil Babu (four for 18) bundled out North Zone for a paltry 120 runs in its first innings. Central Zone was 21 for no loss at stumps.

The scores:

North Zone 120 in 86.3 overs (Nikhil Babu four for 18) v Central Zone 21 for no loss in 12 overs.
