Double ton for Parthiv Patel

Gujarat stretches lead over Orissa to 220

Ravindra Jadeja takes seven wickets

Akash Chopra hits double hundred

Chennai: Parthiv Patel, resuming on 127, scored his maiden first class double hundred as Gujarat crawled to 382 for eight and stretched its first innings lead over Orissa to 220 on day three of the Ranji Trophy Super League match between the two sides at Bhubaneshwar.

Left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja took seven wickets to send Hyderabad tumbling to 71 all out and defeat by 105 runs to Saurashtra at Rajkot. The visitors lasted just 26.5 overs.
