Tight security at all tourist spots

NELLORE: The Tourism Department is planning to beef up security at all tourism sites and public places in the State, said Archaeology and Museums and Tourism Minister Anam Ramnarayana Reddy.

Speaking to the newsmen here on Thursday the Minister said, the State government will soon arrange trained security personnel at all major temples and tourists spots, though some temples will not come under Tourism Department. The tourism officials are holding discussions with Endowments Department officials in this regard.

Security will be provided with police and private security at the heritage structures and monuments, the Minister said..
