Exhibition of SHG products

VIRUDHUNAGAR: An eight-day expo-cum-sale of goods produced and marketed by members of SHGs would begin here on Friday. In a statement, Collector K. Raghupathy said that the expo would be inaugurated at the Desabandu ground here and would be open between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. SHGs would display their wooden, plaster of paris and marble toys, readymade garments, cotton sarees, crystal anklets, sandal garlands, jute and palm leaf products in 50 stalls.
