Laurels for Sirsi student

Sirsi: Preetam Barkur, a student of LLB in the M.E.S. Law College, Sirsi, bagged the third prize in prepared speech (English) competition at the South India-level “Unifest-2008” held recently in Kozhikode under the auspices of the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development.

Students from 72 universities in five States participated in the event. Mr. Preetam Barkur represented the Karnatak University, Dharwad, according to a press release from the college. The principal and staff members of the college have congratulated him.
