Ultras to be taken to Manipur

Bangalore: The Manipur police will leave here on Sunday with the two United National Liberation Front (UNLF) ultras who have been arrested. Tokchom Rajen Singh (44) and Hemam Raju Kumar Singh (31) were apprehended on Friday.
