Housing loan expo

For a home: Customers making enquiries at ‘Ungal Illam 2008’, a housing loan expo at the Suguna Kalyana Mandapam in the city on Friday.

COIMBATORE: LIC Housing Finance has organised a home loan expo at Suguna Kalyana Mandapam here.

According to a release, ‘Ungall Illam 2008’, which was inaugurated on Friday by the Southern Regional Manager of the company, Vincent Saldanha, will go on till December 14.

Applicants will get special offers in interest rate, monthly instalment, repaying facility, concession in processing fee and on the spot sanction at the expo.

A large number of builders and developers, including Sahara City Homes, Marutham Developers, Priyadarshini Builders, Aiswaryam Builders and True Value Homes, have displayed their projects. LIC Housing Finance had been conducting the event in Chennai annually and this is the first one in Coimbatore.
