Flights diverted

CHENNAI: For the second consecutive day, three flights heading for Bangalore were diverted to Chennai due to bad weather. Two of them were cargo flights, one from New Delhi and the other from Mumbai. The passenger flight, which left Chennai at 5.45 a.m., returned around 7 a.m. It left for Bangalore an hour later, sources said. — Special Correspondent
