Cultural team honoured

BERHAMPUR: The 20 member cultural team from Berhampur University that had attended the Eastern Zone inter-university Youth festival in Ranchi were honoured in the campus. This team took part in different cultural events in this meet. The traditional tiger dance of Ganjam district, Odissi recitals, stilt dance and tribal dances performed by the troupe members were highly acclaimed at the youth festival, said theatre activist Raju Padhi, who was the manager of the troupe. The team members included selected talents from colleges of south Orissa and the departments of Berhampur University.
