Ajay Kumar of HDFC won the men’s singles titles in the second Deccan Chronicle inter-institutional category and Andhra Bank inter-corporate category respectively in the Corporate table tennis tournament, organised by Sports 360, here on Sunday. Hyderabad Postal won the team title in the inter-institutional event defeating BSNL 3-2 in the final while in the inter-corporate team event final, Infosys emerged championis defeating Genpact 2-0. The results: Team: Inter-institutional: Final: Hyderabad Postal bt BSNL 3-2. Inter-corporate: Final: Infosys bt Genpact 2-0 . Men’s singles: Inter-institutional: Final: Krishna Kiriti (Postal) bt Md. Ali Baba (RBI) 8-11, 10-12, 11-5, 11-7, 11-9, 14-12. Semifinals: Krishna Kiriti bt N.N. Kishore (BSNL) 7-11, 11-6, 11-0, 11-7; Md. Ali Baba bt B. Manohar Kumar (OIC) 11-7, 12-10, 11-7. Corporate category: Final: V. Ajay Kumar (HDFC) bt Sanjeev Reddy (GSS America) 11-8, 11-9, 11-9, 11-9. Semifinals: Sanjeev Reddy bt D.R. Chaitanya (Infosys) 11-4, 11-7, 11-9, 11-4; V.
