Extortionist held

HYDERABAD: Police on Friday arrested B. Ramesh Babu, 27, on charge of extorting money from businessmen falsely claiming himself to be a naxalite and threatening to kill them if the money demanded by him was not paid.

A knife, a mobile phone and a bike was seized from his possession, according to a press release.
