Car catches fire, occupants unhurt

NEW DELHI: A car caught fire under mysterious circumstances at Pragati Maidan here on Thursday. The two occupants, including a woman, escaped unhurt.

Parwesh of Ghaziabad was driving towards Lajpat Nagar when he saw smoke emanating from the bonnet of his Indigo Marina car on Bhairon Road. He stopped the car and called up the fire service department. By the time the fire tenders arrived, the car was gutted.
