‘Christmas more than a celebration’

Governor N.D. Tiwari greeting Christians at a programme in the city on Thursday.

VISAKHAPATNAM: Christmas is not a celebration but is an experience, said Rev. C.A. Benjamin. Delivering a message at a programme organised by Central Committee of All Pastors Fellowships at the AU Engineering College Grounds on Thursday, he stressed on the word ‘love’.

Rev. Benjamin said that the love of Jesus was unconditional, selfless and everlasting. Governor N.D. Tewari, who participated as the chief guest, touched upon various aspects of Christianity drawing from his experiences during his visits to various countries.

The committee felicitated a retired Pastor who had served for many years in the city.

Central Committee honorary president M.A. Paul, president S.D. Nelson and secretary J. Vincent, Christian leaders Rolland Williams and Prof. Abraham were among those who were present.
