Sharmiley to perform at ‘kutcheri in the park’

CHENNAI: As part of the ‘Sundaram Finance kutcheri in the park’ series, R.Sharmiley of Sreevatsa Vivekananda Vidyalaya, Chitlapakkam, will present a Carnatic music performance at the Nageswara Rao Park, Mylapore, between 6.30 a.m. and 7.30 a.m. on Sunday.

Sharmiley, a disciple of Vilasini Venkatraman, will be accompanied by N. Ram on the violin and Santhosh Kumar, on the mridangam. Mikes and speakers are not used in the concert, a press release said.
