Schools closed for a fortnight

TIRUVARUR: All the schools that were closed since November 24 due to heavy rainfall in Tiruvarur district will be opened only on Monday (December 8), according to officials of the Education Department here on Thursday.

Thursday and Friday were also declared holidays for the schools in the district.
