Sundaram Ind., Bridgestone to form venture

CHENNAI: Sundaram Industries Limited (SIL) and Bridgestone, Japan, (BSJ) have reached an agreement regarding a strategic joint venture to manufacture automotive anti-vibration products in India whereby SIL will transfer its existing domestic automotive anti-vibration products business to a new company. The joint venture is subject to relevant regulatory approvals.
