60 Navy personnel donate blood

NOBLE STEP: Commodore Sanjiv Raj Kapoor, Commanding Officer of INS Kattabomman, donating blood at Palayamkottai on Thursday. —

TIRUNELVELI: Navy personnel attached to INS Kattabomman at Vijayanarayanam near here donated blood on Thursday as part of the ongoing Navy Week celebrations.

Led by Commanding Officer, INS Kattabomman, Commodore Sanjiv Raj Kapoor, 60 Navy personnel and 20 students of Jayanthinathar ITI donated blood in the camp held at their Receiving Station near Government College of Engineering.

City Police Commissioner M.N. Manjunatha inaugurated the blood donation camp.
