Bangalore: The former president of the State unit of Janata Dal (United) B. Somashekhar said that only effective implementation of laws aimed at curbing insurgency, naxalism and terrorism, could ensure the security of the country. He was speaking at a seminar on secularism and terrorism, where he also condoled the deaths of the former Prime Minister V.P.
