Praja Rajyam Party leaders Chintalapudi Venkataramayya, Ganta Srinivasarao and Zaheer Ahmed celebrating the 100 days function of the party in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday. — VISAKHAPATNAM: Under the auspices of Chiranjeevi Seva Samakhya, the Praja Rajyam Party organised celebrations to mark 100 days of the party’s formation in the TPT colony here on Wednesday. President of the Samaakhya, Ch.Venkatramayya presided over the function. Speaking on the occasion, former MLA, Ganta Srinivasa Rao, who cut the cake to mark the celebrations, said that PRP was committed to root out corruption and ensure social justice to all. Welcoming Muslim leaders who had joined the PRP, Mr. Srinivasa Rao said that the party would protect the interests of Muslims. Zaheer Ahmed, under whose leadership the Muslim leaders joined the PRP, said that the PRP would ensure representation to all communities. Later fire crackers were burst and sweets were distributed to mark the occasion. A large number of PRP activists participated in the celebrations.
