BANGALORE: The Society Collection is back with its clothes and accessories, including home accessories, from the traditional to the contemporary. The four-day exhibition, starting December 5, will showcase crafts from various parts of the country, featuring ethnic and Indo-western designer wear, traditional and contemporary jewellery, home furnishings, dress material from Karachi, artefacts and handicrafts from different parts of India. Besides, dress materials from Jaipur, designer jewellery from Thailand, pure silks saris with rare borders and colour combinations, costume jewellery, pottery, paintings, hand-crafted leather, ceramic ware, hand-embroidered and hand-painted saris, handmade stationery, jute products and candles and will be exhibited. Crafts bazaarThe Crafts Bazaar will showcase a vibrant collection of exclusive hand-picked crafts from artists and craftspersons from different parts of the country. including Bastar, Assam, Jaipur, Lucknow, Agra, Dahod, Kutch, Bhilai, Muzzafarnagar, Kalpi, Chittorgarh, Orissa, Himachal, Pondicherry and others, acording to a press release. The exhibition will be on at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium.
