PUCL activist dead

New Delhi: People’s Union for Civil Liberties general secretary Y.P. Chibbar died here on Tuesday morning after a brief illness. He was 76. Mr. Chibbar, who held this office since 1985, was closely associated with civil liberties movement in the country for over three decades.
