In-charge CMD of HSL

Commodore Naresh Kumar

VISAKHAPATNAM: Commodore Naresh Kumar has taken over additional charge as Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Shipyard Limited.

At present, he is working as the Director (technical). The post fell vacant after Rear Admiral Ajit Tewari demitted office, three months before expiry of his five-year term.

Mr. Naresh Kumar joined as a Director of HSL two and half years ago after putting in 33 years of service in the Indian Navy.

He has served in senior positions as General Manager in both naval shipyards at Mumbai and Visakhapatnam and has over 10 years experience in shipyards.

He has done BE from Regional Engineering College, Srinagar and M. Tech from IIT, Delhi.
