NDF activists hacked

Thrissur: A four-member gang hacked National Development Front (NDF) activists Pappali Thechal veettil Naushad, 28, and Thekkekattil Majeed, 29, at Mangalamkunnu near here on Tuesday around 11 a.m. They were admitted with severe injuries to a private hospital. The condition of one of them is serious. The police said the incident was in retaliation for an attack on two Congress activists. — Staff Reporter
