Seamen of Punnakayal held hostage

In an American merchant vessel

TUTICORIN: Two seamen of Punnakayal, near Tuticorin, K. Derrick (26) and N. Selvam (32), are said to have been held hostage by Somalia pirates when they captured an American merchant vessel Biscaglia near Suez Canal on November 28.

Among 31 sailors

According to information reaching their parents, the seamen are among 31 sailors held hostage by the Somalian pirates.
