M.S. Swaminathan’s support sought

Members of the Insurance Corporation Employees’ Union, Madurai division, sought Rajya Sabha MP M. S. Swaminathan’s support for their campaign against increasing the foreign direct investment limit in insurance sector. The representatives of the union met Dr. Swaminathan, who was here to participate in a function, and sought his support. According to a press release, Dr. Swaminathan assured the employees that he would put forth his views at the appropriate forum.
