BHUBANESWAR: Opposition parties again disrupted the Assembly proceedings on fourth day on Monday demanding resignation of Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Manmohan Samal for his alleged sexual escapade. Speaker Kishore Mohanty adjourned the proceedings just four minutes after the House assembled for the day as Opposition legislators rushed to the well and demanded that Mr. Samal should step down without delay. The agitated MLAs also demanded that Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik should make a statement on the issue, and a House Committee should be formed to probe into the alleged incident involving Mr. Samal.
