Another star hotel in Hyderabad soon

The hotel to be built by Nagarjuna Construction Company will come up at Madhapur
HYDERABAD: Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited (NCC) has secured six new orders aggregating Rs.484 crore. The first order valued at Rs.121 crore is secured from the Golden Jubilee Hotels Ltd., Hyderabad for the construction of a five-star deluxe hotel at Madhapur. The hotel will be completed in 15 months. The second order is from the Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd., Indore, for different works valued at Rs.111crore, to be completed in one year.
NIIT order
The third order is from the National Institute of Technology (NIIT), Agartala, for the construction of boys and girls hostel worth Rs.99 crore, to be completed over a period of 21 months. The fourth order is from the Registrar, Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa for construction of buildings on the campus valued at Rs.72 crore within 18 months.
The fifth order is from the Director-General, Project Seabird, New Delhi, for the construction of dwellings and commons facilities for Rs. 45 crore to be completed over a period of 18 months.
The sixth order is from the Learning Panorama Foundation, Mumbai, for building a school at Borivali valued at Rs.36 crore, to be completed in 12 months.
