MADURAI: Non-semester examinations of the Directorate of Distance Education, Madurai Kamaraj University, would commence on January 27 for Pre-Foundation and Foundation courses, BBA (Retail), BBA (CA), MBA, MCA and M.Sc. (Physics) and M.Sc. (Chemistry) degree courses. K. Deivamani, Additional Controller of Examinations, in a press release here on Friday said that the last date for submission of application forms for these examinations without any penalty is December 19. With a penalty of Rs.100, the application forms can be submitted till December 26. She said that the application forms for regular students of the DDE are being sent to them directly. For private students, the forms will be issued in person at the office of the Additional Controller of Examinations in the university campus. The application forms can also be had by post on a request addressed to the Additional Controller of Examinations, DDE, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai 625 021, along with a self-addressed envelope (28 cmsX13 cms size) affixed with a postage stamp for Rs.15. Candidates can download application forms from the university website, www.mkudde.org, the release added.
