KOLLAM: The two-day State-level Children’s Science Congress-2008 will begin at the Jawahar Bal Bhavan here on December 1. Education Minister M.A. Baby will inaugurate the event to be presided over by District Collector A. Shajahan. The theme of this year’s congress is ‘Planet Earth — our home: explore, care and share.’ The event is being organised by the National Council for Science & Technology Communication under the Union Department of Science and Technology; the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment and the State Education Department.
