Four cows ‘electrocuted’

SALEM: Four high-breed cows died due to suspected electrocution near Veerapandi here on Friday.

The cows were kept under a tin-roofed enclosure, which, according to electricity officials, might have caused the electrocution.

Investigation

A detailed investigation by veterinary officials to ascertain the exact cause of death is underway.
