Arvind to demerge apparel, retail business


MUMBAI: Apparel maker Arvind, owners of the MegaMart brand, on Friday said that it would demerge its apparel and retail business into wholly-owned subsidiaries. The directors of the company have approved the plans for demerger, Arvind said in a release.
