VELLORE: The administration has decided to strengthen security throughout Vellore district in the wake of the terrorist attack in Mumbai and in view of the observance of the anniversary of the demolition of Babri Masjid on December 6. The police were told to be alert to prevent untoward incidents and maintain law and order.
