Special trains

CHENNAI: Southern Railway will run following special trains from Chennai to Tirunelveli and Kochuveli on both directions.

Chennai Egmore – Tirunelveli Special (0617) will leave Egmore at 7.15 pm on November 28 and reach Tirunelveli at 12 noon the next day. Train (0618) will leave Tirunelveli at 4 pm on November 30 and arrive at Chennai Central at 9.20 am the next day.

These specials will run via Virudunagar, Madurai, Tiruchirapalli, Karur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi and Arakkonam.

Train (0619) will leave Chennai Central at 11.30 pm on November 30 and reach Kochuveli at 3.45 pm the next day. In the return direction, train (0620) will leave Kochuveli at 9.15 pm on December 1 and arrive at Central at 1.45 pm the next day. Advance reservation will commence on November 28. — Special Correspondent
