Movement to create awareness on the Constitution

MANGALORE: The People’s Movement for Enforcement of Constitutional Rights and Values was launched here on Wednesday. The movement will attempt to make people aware of the provisions of the Constitution by holding various programmes. Principal of SDM Law College B.K. Ravindra spoke on Constitutional rights and values. He said, “The movement will give us a better understanding of the Constitution.” The movement was inaugurated by the first Additional District and Sessions Judge K.B. Changappa who handed over a copy of the Constitution to Rita Naronha, main convener of the movement.
