Protest by Vedike

BANGALORE: Activists of Karnataka Dalit Rakshana Vedike on Wednesday held a demonstration here urging the State Government to take action against the persons responsible for the death of Gangamma, a Dalit woman in Magadi recently. Vedike president N. Venkatesh also urged the Government to pay a compensation of Rs. 5 lakh to Gangamma’s family.
