Rajahmundry: The Chief Executive Officer and in charge Commissioner for Marketing Venkateswara Rao has announced that rythu bazars will sell tribal products like tamarind, honey, red chillies and other products. Speaking to press persons at Symala nagar rythu bazaar after surprise checks of different rythu bazaars, he said the Marketing Department will provide transport, space, marketing facilities to the tribal people in selling their products through rythu bazars, which is another source of income. The CEO, appreciated maintenance of rythu bazaars. He assured that the ryhtu bazaars would soon get a face lift. He announced that five new rythu bazaars would be opened at Pidimgoyyi, Bommuru, Hukumpet, AKC Colony and Housing Board. He suggested farmers not to encourage use of polythene bags. In-charge A.D. Jansi, D.D. Venkateswara Rao, Marketing Committee Chairman Boppina Satyanarayana, Assistant Secretary B. Ramachandra Rao and others participated in the visits.
