Bijapur: Disappointed with his poor performance in examinations, an M.B.B.S. third-semester student allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at BLDEA Medical College here on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Shrikant Chandrakant Ambalgi (21), a resident of Basava Kalyan. A case has been registered in the APMC Police Station. — Staff Correspondent
