AFAC to release IV SERC logo

COIMBATORE: The Fourth SERC (Science and Engineering Research Council) School on Aviation Meteorology in “Modern Observational Techniques and Nowcasting” will be held at the Air Force Administrative College (AFAC) from December 1 to 20.

The School is jointly organised by Bharathiar University and AFAC and sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India.

It will be inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor G. Thiruvasagam.

To commemorate the School, a logo will be released on November 27 at AFAC by Air Commodore S. Subramanian, Commandant, AFAC.

About 50 research scholars from various universities, organisations, Indian Meteorological Department, the Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Coast Guard, etc., are expected to attend.
