Kannur to meet Madras

KANNUR: Holder and host Kannur will meet Madras in the final of the all-India inter-University women’s volleyball championship here.

In the semifinals held here on Saturday, Kannur beat SRM while Madras defeated Anna.

The results (semifinals): Kannur bt SRM 26-24, 25-17, 25-17; Madras bt Anna 25-23, 25-23, 25-17.
