BONDING: Former Minister K. B. Ganeshkumar inauguratng Courtallam Kerala Samajam. TIRUNELVELI: Wherever Keralites live, they never fail to get together to share their thoughts and resources for the wellbeing of each other. It recently happened in Courtallam also, with the inauguration of ‘Courtallam Kerala Samajam’ by former Minister for Transport in Kerala K. B. Ganesh Kumar. In his address, Mr. Kumar, while recalling his inaugurating numerous commercial establishments back home, pointed out that he was doing one for an association for the first time. “Whenever I light the lamp to mark the inauguration of any organisation, I pray to the Almighty that the establishment should grow with more branches. Here, I deliberately avoided such thoughts and prayed that this samajam should be united for ever and never branches out.” Samajam president P.K. Johnson welcomed. Councillor of Ariyankavu panchayat M. Tomichan and president of Nellai Kerala Association Joji Kanichai offered felicitations. Samajam secretary K. Girivasan proposed a vote of thanks.
