AP State sub-jr. boxing
VISAKHAPATNAM: The Millennium Boxing Academy, under the auspicious of the District Amateur Boxing Association and the APABA, will conduct the K. Rama Rao Memorial 24th State sub-junior boxing championship at the Railway Stadium here from December 27 to 30.
Competitions will be held in five age-groups with each district allowed to field a total of 14 boxers.
As many as 250 boxers and officials would participate. Visakhapatnam has been the winner of team title for the last 10 years.
The State team for the 24th sub-junior National championship to be held in Gangtok from December 5 to 11 will be selected during the championship.
