AIADMK fast tomorrow

CHENNAI: The AIADMK will observe a fast on Sunday here to condemn the police inaction when two groups of students of the Ambedkar Law College clashed.

In a statement here, party general secretary Jayalalithaa said the protest would be staged, also to demand the resignation of Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi, who is holding the portfolio of Home.

Senior party leaders and former Ministers will participate in the fast.
