GLOBAL CRISIS IN FOCUS: Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at a ceremonial reception at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on Friday. Mr. Erdogan said the two countries shared deep historical ties and were enhancing political, commercial and cultural ties. The global financial crisis will dominate his talks.
