Corporation Bank wins award

Bangalore: Corporation Bank on Friday awarded the SCOPE Meritorious Award for being the best managed government-owned bank. SCOPE — Standing Committee of Public Enterprises — is the apex body of the enterprises owned by the Union Government. Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Sontosh Mohan Dev presented the award to J.M. Garg, Chairman and Managing Director of the bank in New Delhi, on Friday.
