Fitch downgrades rating of Ansal Properties

NEW DELHI: As a fall out of the downturn in the real estate sector, credit rating agency Fitch Ratings on Thursday downgraded the long term credit rating of Ansal Properties and Infrastructure and revised its outlook to negative from stable. Ratings on the real estate company’s various debt programmes were also revised downwards by Fitch.
