Special trains

CHENNAI: Southern Railway will run special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers.

Train no.0653 will leave Tiruchi at 8.15 p.m. on November 21 and reach Chennai Central at 4 a.m. the next day. It will stop at Srirangam, Ariyalur, Vriddhachalam, Villupuram, Tindivanam, Melmaruvathur, Chengalpattu, Tambaram, Mambalam and Chennai Egmore.

No. 0697 will leave Chennai Central at 3.15 p.m. on November 22 and reach Kochuveli at 6.30 a.m. the next day. No. 0698 will leave Kochuveli at 4.35 p.m. on November 23 and arrive at Chennai Central at 9.30 a.m. the next day. No. 0659 will leave Chennai Central at 8.30 p.m. on November 24 and 26 and reach Kochuveli at 12.40 p.m. the next day. No. 0660 will leave Kochuveli at 8 p.m. on November 25 and 27 and reach Central at 12.20 p.m. the next day.

No. 0666 will leave Chennai Central at 7.45 p.m. on November 30 and reach Rameswaram at 11.30 a.m. the next day, passing through Villupuram and Madurai.

Reservation will begin on November 21, says a railway release.
