Kinfra park to have uninterrupted power supply Expected to tap investment from NRIs PATHANAMTHITTA: The small-industries park developed by the Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (Kinfra) at Pamala, near Thiruvalla, is getting ready for commissioning. According to Joseph M. Puthusserry, MLA, Industries Minister Elamaram Karim will inaugurate the park in the next two weeks. The industrial park has been developed on an area of 37 acres in Kunnamthanam panchayat. KINFRA spokesman K.N. Sreekumar said the major components of the industrial park at Pamala included fully developed plots, dedicated power supply and uninterrupted supply of treated water, besides various other common facilities. Mr. Sreekumar said the park would be of great help in promoting entrepreneurship. He said the Kinfra park would also help in tapping the investment potential of the huge Non-Resident Keralatie (NoRK) population in the region. Kinfra Managing Director K. Sudhakaran said as many as 100 plots were ready for allotment.
