Antony to open school project

KOCHI: Defence Minister A.K. Antony will inaugurate the Smart @Classroom project at SN School, Ayyappankavu, on November 24.

The project will be implemented in 12 schools in the district.

Announcing this, K.V. Thomas, MLA, said Rs.20 lakh from MLA fund was set apart for the project.

The other schools involved are SRV School, Government Girls School, Government School (Elamakkara), St. Alberts, St. Mary’s, St.Teresa’s, Darul Uloom (Pullepady), St. Antony’s, LMCC (Chathiath), St. Augustine (Kaloor), and St. Joseph (Pachalam).

Projectors, screens, computers and servers have already been installed at the schools.
