ZP chief’s conviction modified

ADILABAD: Adilabad first additional sessions judge Venkataramaiah on Wednesday modified the two-year imprisonment sentence of Adilabad ZP chief Ramesh Rathod in a case relating to holding a forest official by his collar. The judge imposed a fine of Rs. 10,000 instead of imprisonment sentence to the ZP chairman. –Staff Reporter
