CHENNAI: Guided by M.R. Muthupandi’s hundred, IOB Staff Club beat DSS Club by 88 runs in the TNCA II division league here.

SICAL 132 in 45 overs (M. A. Sathish Kumar four for 25, Naresh Babu four for 63) lost to TI Cycles 134 for three in 46.3 overs (Sadiq Pasha 51).

AG’s Office 142 in 46.5 overs (R. Venkatesh four for 45, B. Indrajith five for 29) lost to Eagle 143 for six in 44.3 overs.

Jacob shines

Jacob played a pivotal role in St. Patrick’s AIHSS’s one-run win over Chinmaya Vidyalaya in the Sacred Heart City Schools under-14 cricket tournament here on Monday, taking three wickets for 14 runs.
